The Miu Portable Bottle Warmer is covered by a 12-month warranty. In case of defects or malfunctions, contact us via email or WhatsApp and we will provide you with a return label to return the product. Once received, we will proceed to analyze to verify the problem.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, battery wear, unauthorized maintenance (such as disassembling the device), negligence in cleaning, or failure to follow the instructions for use.
